Development & Preparation

Our technical team uses Gerber and Lectra systems to develop accurate digital patterns and markers.
This process ensures optimal fabric utilisation, material efficiency, accuracy, and a seamless transition from design to production for tactical and protective garments.
Our fabric and accessories warehouse has a large storage capacity with a FIFO system to ensure proper material flow. A traceable racking system, humidity control, and material inspection help maintain quality and consistency before production. This ensures all materials are well preserved and production runs
